Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, support daily clinical operations, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN/physician.
Provide direct nursing care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Respond to emergencies and follow facility protocols.
Supervise and support nursing assistants and care giving staff.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of [State].
